By accessing and using Slavemaster ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to temporarily use Slavemaster for personal and commercial automation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Use the service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Use the service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
- Scrape or automate websites without proper authorization
- Exceed your plan's usage limits or attempt to bypass restrictions
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use Slavemaster responsibly and ethically. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your automation tasks comply with:
- Target website terms of service and robots.txt files
- Applicable data protection and privacy laws
- Copyright and intellectual property rights
- Rate limiting and respectful scraping practices
4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. DISCLAIMER
The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slavemaster excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Slavemaster, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
